Order Process & Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time before shipment. If we cancel an order after it was placed, the payment method used will be refunded in full.
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days in the UK once the order has shipped. Upgraded expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout for an additional fee. We do not ship on UK public holidays.
Risk and ownership of goods passes to you when the products are delivered. You must inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage or missing items. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or misdelivered due to the provision of inaccurate customer information.
International Shipping
We currently only ship products within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This policy is subject to change in the future as we evaluate options to make our products more widely available.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a Artiscent® Perfum product for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date provided:
- The product is in new, unused condition with original tags/packaging.
- You have the receipt or order confirmation.
- We receive the return within 30 days.
To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and arrange a pre-paid return label or collection.
Refunds are issued once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected. Refund methods will follow how the original order was paid. Processing times vary per payment provider.
Exchanges can be issued for defective or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of delivery. Outside of this window, only refunds are provided.
Sale items and gift sets are final sale – no returns or exchanges accepted for discounted products or bundled packages.
